A result is wrong or missing
Start in Explore, not in email. Sign in, find the row, click the warning icon on it, and report the issue there. That attaches the exact record to your report, which makes it far quicker to fix than a description of it.

If a whole tournament is missing, a wrestler is split across two entries, or you would rather not make an account, email us instead and include the event name and date:
Season pass, billing, or access
Paid and cannot see the full board? Reload first — access is granted automatically once the payment confirms. If it still has not appeared after a few minutes, email us from the address you paid with:

Harassment or bullying
If someone is harassing a wrestler, a coach, or you — using this site or the data on it — tell us. Include what happened and any screenshots or links. We read these ourselves and we will tell you what we did.
What we expect of people, and what gets an account banned, is set out in the Code of Conduct. If a wrestler is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
